This ham and avocado wrap is a filling, quick lunch made with ingredients you probably already have. Here, you'll learn how to roll it tightly, keep the avocado fresh, and pack it so it holds together until lunchtime.

- Mash the avocado
Mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper, if desired. - Assemble
